The site remembers whether you paused the animation. It doesn’t need an account to do that.
The website’s local storage
| Key | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
clay-motion-paused | Remembers your motion choice in this browser. | Until changed or cleared. |
This setting is local storage, rather than an HTTP cookie. The website code does not transmit it to the developer. Your device’s reduced-motion preference also takes priority.
Cookies and hosting
The website code does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare’s hosting and security services may use technical information or necessary security mechanisms when serving and protecting the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.
Your controls
You can clear this site’s storage using your browser settings. The reset button removes only the motion preference; it does not clear data belonging to another app or website. After resetting, the homepage follows your device’s motion setting.
More detail is in the website privacy notice. Questions are welcome at games@portoslabs.com.
